Complete IH Heavy Duty CNC Mill

Again like the Standard CNC Mill the Heavy Duty CNC Mill  is a true plug

and play CNC mill built around the massive IH Big Head Mill and the

 V3 CNC true Closed Loop System.   The difference is in the Servo

and driver system. To become the most powerful square mill around

takes some real power in 3 departments.  The servo's must be huge,

1134 in-oz in all axis, X/Y/Z.  The servo controllers must be powerful

enough to drive the servos from 900 to 1500 lbs of machining force.

And lastly the power supply has to be big enough (1700 watts) to

 keep this all moving smoothly at over 100ipm cutting .250

 deep with a 1/2 end mill at full cut and rapids at 200 inchs a minute.

  The IH Heavy Duty comes standard with a VFD  and 3 phase motor-

Table extensions 30"X12" X20" X/Y/Z travel and a huge power supply.

A new computer and monitor, Dolphin Partmaster CadCam and Mach Software  

The only options would be a 4th axis CNC rotary table and of course

an enclosure. You really can't run these cutting speeds without  

 full flood cooling.
