Security and Privacy
All online orders are handled through Authorize-Net, a company noted for providing completely secure web transactions.

We never collect email information on our customers for advertising purposes. At all times you can be assured your privacy will be respected when you order directly through Industrial Hobbies. 

Order Confirmation
If your order is accepted by our system a confirmation page will appear after you press the Finalize Order button. After you finalize your order in our system an 'Order Confirmation and Receipt' page should appear on your browser. We recommend making a copy of this page for your records.

If you provided us with your correct e-mail address, you will also receive an e-mail confirmation of your order shortly after it is placed (within 24 hours). If you did not receive both of these items, that could be an indication that your order was not received properly.

If you do not receive an e-mail notification and you did supply us with a valid e-mail address, there may be a problem with your order. If this is the case, contact us directly at: sales@industrialhobbies.com

Order Processing
We process orders as soon as possible and get them on their way to you. But there are times when we are out of stock of a particular item. If you are in a rush for your parts you are welcome to call us to place the order so we may confirm availability and ship times.

Questions Pertaining to your Order
If you write to us for any reason regarding an order, please reference your order number in the subject line of your correspondence. This will allow us to respond to you much faster. See the 'Contact' section for appropriate Industrial Hobbies email addresses

Accepted Forms of Payment and Billing
Credit Card orders we accept Visa, Master Card

We also accept certified check, money order and personal check; due the possibility of fraud these forms of payment must clear the bank before shipment (up to 10 business days).

Shipping
We ONLY ship via UPS.

If you provide us with your correct e-mail address, you will receive shipment notification e-mail and you will be able to track your purchase at www.ups.com.

NOTE: If you shipped via UPS and no tracking data is available, do not be alarmed. Sometimes the UPS tracking information system becomes temporarily unavailable and is usually remedied by UPS within a few hours.

International Orders
The products sold by Industrial Hobbies are subject to U.S. export control and sanctions regulations. Any export or re-export contrary to U.S. law is prohibited. Industrial Hobbies reserves the right to request and verify additional shipping and payment information before shipping orders to our international customers. Please be aware that shipping orders to international destinations often adds to delivery time and incurs additional expense. The international customer is solely responsible for any duties, tariffs, taxes, and additional expense levied by the exporting country (U.S.), the destination country, or any intermediary country through which the order may pass. We highly recommend that you research all purchase considerations and potential charges before placing an order with Industrial Hobbies.

Return Policy
Should you decide to return any of the items in your order, please contact Industrial Hobbies at Support@IndustrialHobbies.com . We will require your name and e-mail address, as well as the order number from your packing list. We will contact you with return instructions. Returns for refund or exchange must be within 30 days of purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returns must be in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.

All returns must have a return number on the outside of the package as our warehouse cannot accept C.O.D.'s or items without a return number. Due to the custom nature of our products CNC conversion kits are subject to a 40% restocking fee, all other items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Merchandise must be shipped to us prepaid.

Limitations of Remedy and Damages
Industrial Hobbies liability under this warranty, and under any implied warranty that may exist, is limited to repair of any defect in workmanship, and repair or replacement of any defective part. Industrial Hobbies shall not be liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits). Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. DISCLAIMER OF FURTHER WARRANTY Industrial Hobbies makes no warranty, express or implied, other than what is expressly made in this warranty. If the law of your state provides than an implied warranty of merchantability, or an implied warranty of fitness for particular purpose, or any other implied warranty, applies to Industrial Hobbies, then any such implied warranty is limited to the duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. 
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
