We are available by phone from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm EST. and most nights and weekends well beyond that.  Because we are a busy shop, we often do not hear the phone, so please leave a message if you do get the voice mail system. Please feel free to call anytime about anything about IH and our products. All E-mails will be promptly returned.

If you do get the voice mail system, please leave a message; making sure to include the following information:

• Phone Number

• Best time to call

• Time zone in which you are located

We return calls as late as 10:00 pm EST.

If we do not return your call with two business days, please contact us again, as there are times we occasionally only get part of a message or are unable to clearly understand the telephone number.
