This package includes all necessary machine side components to completely retrofit a square column mill (we recommend ours) to 3 axis CNC.
Kit Includes:
Dophin Partmaster L2 CadCam and Mach Software 65 volt 20 amp power supply at no extra charge !
Included but not shown:
To get everything up and running you will need a PC, controller software (MACH 3 included) and about $100 in extra electrical components. From there the sky is the limit, you can provide as many bells and whistles as you like.
Double Circuit w/ Minimum Backlash - This is the nut we recommend and designed to take the increased machining forces that are found when using larger cutters. The backlash is approximately 0.002, but since there is no spring (like a standard preload) it will not change under extreme machining conditions.
The New Standard included power supply is 65V @ 20 Unregulated DC is our biggest power supply no need to upgrade.
This is a dual tap power supply and gives the additional availability of 24 volts at 2 amps to power heat sink/case fans and other industrial controls. This is the one we use when doing a turn key package and simply adds the ease of a single power supply.
New Standard Power Supply 65V @ 20A Unregulated DC NO CHARGE (Add $100) Now Included In Kit
This is the largest single power supply we carry. It gives the availability of 8 additional amps at 77 volts to power accessories such as rotary tables or other future axes.

We had to throw a close up of the X/Y Axis servo drive in the page, it really is pretty cool. Just for some sales humor here are some of the facts:
Most of the kit is made from 3/4" 6061 Aluminum.
A few smaller pieces are made from thinner stock but not many.
The heat sink outer diameter is 3.5"
The drive covers are polycarbonate (same as shooting glasses, race car windshields, and police blockade shields) each one is formed by hand.
Whenever we run a wire, we put it inside a tube to protect it, hence the brass barbed fittings.
